Point 3. Germans obtained rights of travel

Pand residence and of engaging in industry and commerce but only in places open to subjects of other Powers. Point 5. Apart from expenses of internment of German prisoners, Germany will hand over to China a sum equal to half the value of German property in China already liquidated plus half the value of German property sequestrated but not yet liquidated. This sum will consist of cash to amount of $4,000,000; balance as yet undetermined will consist of Tientsin- Pukow and Hukuang railway bonds.
